New Balance’s NB Face Mask V3 is Perfect for Fitness Enthusiasts
After producing over one million face masks for general use and delivering more than 13,000 pairs of footwear to different healthcare workers for combating COVID-19, New balance has now come up with fitness-friendly, triple-layer NB Face Mask V3.
Designed for the general public, this face mask is created with feedback from R&D and medical institutions in New England. However, it is unclear whether it’s approved by the FDA or not. The team of designers and industrial engineers produced the prototypes of the mask in just 12 days.
The NB Face Mask V3 includes a moldable nose piece along with a three-layer combination of polyester/TPU, polyurethane filtration foam, suede polyester fabric, and nylon tricot. Moreover, the mask is non-sterile; breathable, lightweight, and durable. It can be secured easily with its over-ear loops and after use, it can be laundered in a washing machine.
On the launch of the new face mask, Dave Wheeler, New Balance’s Chief Operating Officer, said,
We are thankful that the innovative thinking of our associates, our long history of domestic manufacturing, and the work of our highly skilled teams in our factories have allowed us to quickly adapt to help meet the immense mask needs of the healthcare community, and now the general public.
Assembled in Laurence, Massachusetts; the NB Face Mask V3 is available in Grey color. A pack of three NB V3 face masks will cost you $24.99. According to Sneaker News, New Balance will be launching its new high-performance mask in limited quantities next month. So, stay tuned for more updates.
